My Books is the latest innovation of Profisc’s services.
This function is an important development that will help you by better organizing your actions in the Buying and Selling categories and saving you time.
ProFisc enables for its users the automatic generation of the Sales and Purchase Book for the current period or past periods, based on the invoices successfully fiscalized by the Central Invoice Platform through our sales and purchase portal.
Invoices are categorized in a certain period according to the date of issue and/or the period of service provision.
Invoices are categorized according to the VAT of the items they contain in the VAT category, as they are also presented in the Central Invoice Platform.
My Books, in addition to analytically displaying all fiscalized invoices of the selected period, also enables filtering according to VAT categories.
My Books, in addition to the identifiers of the fiscalization service (NIVF, NSLF, EIC), also stores and displays the internal identification number of the ERP ID invoices provided by ProFisc, in order to facilitate the reconciliation procedures of the invoices displayed in My Books with the invoices registered by entities in their financial systems.
Verification of invoices displayed in My Books can be easily performed by filtering directly in the analytical display of invoices through the identification data of the invoice, the seller, the buyer or additional data. My Books filters and displays those invoices that meet the search criteria:
My Books offers the possibility of verifying sales invoice offices (Articles) from the interface, it is enough to expand the row of the invoice for which you want to see the articles it contains:
As in any other Profisc module, in My Books you will find real-time statistics on invoices by type (cash, noncash, electronic, manual or API invoices, etc.), by currency, self-invoicing, corrective invoices, etc.
The statistics are organized in the upper part of the Book and selecting each option will automatically display the invoices of that type in the grid.
You can verify the fiscalization of the sales or purchase invoice directly in My Books (without the need to search for it in the relevant sales or purchases module) through the QR Url link which displays this fiscalized invoice on the Self Care platform.
You can print the invoice from the My Books menu.
