New Features in ProFisc
In our continued commitment to providing the best service to our clients, we are pleased to announce two exclusive new features in Profisc.
Reminder on Purchase Invoices – Make Timely Decisions!
Considering the importance of making decisions on purchase invoices within the month (acceptance/rejection), we have implemented a new functionality that sends a reminder email in the last five days of the month.
This email informs you about the purchase invoices submitted by CIS for which no decision has been made yet.
Specifically, if between the 25th and 30th/31st of the month, your company still has electronic purchase invoices (B2B) with the status Delivered (i.e., not accepted or rejected in CIS), Profisc will send a summary email with the total number of these invoices. This email will be sent to users in your company who have the right to receive such notifications.
Update Business Unit Data, TCR, and Active Operators
Three new functions to simplify your work! Profisc now offers direct access to updated information about your business from the central invoicing system CIS with:
✔ Business Units (BU) – Detailed data on the registered units of your company.
✔ TCRs (Fiscal Devices) – Information on active electronic invoicing devices.
✔ Active Operators – Details on registered operators with the right to issue invoices.
Thus, you can consult the status of these key fiscal entities directly from Profisc by connecting to the platform in the Profisc environments.
